Just recieved this message from our vent Host
Hi Jeff,
I just spoke with the owner of the Los Angeles data center and it seems they had
a couple cases of bad luck one after another. I'm going to copy for you part of
his message. This will explain what exactly happened tonight.
"We had a main breaker trip, from there we switched to generator power, but that
breaker also tripped. We had to wait until the building engineer to get onsite
to restore power to our suite. When restoring power the main breaker tripped
again, from there we tracked back the issue to a faulty A/C, this A/C was not
tripping its own breaker, but the main suites power (480v 3 phase 800 amp
breaker). All power is online now"
So as mentioned at the end of that statement, the power to the Data Center is
now back to normal but we're waiting on them to reach our ticket in the system.
I'm hoping it will only be another 30-45 minutes tops to have things online but
I shouldn't guarantee anything at this point.
Thank you again for your continued patience and we once again apologize for this
happening.
YOUR SERVER IS NOT ONLINE AT THIS TIME. I will send an email when that happens.
It should not be long at all.
