Can We Have 1 Day A Week Where Its BG DAY......each lv bracket gets a certain time where everyone uses there toons that lv bracket

like 10-19 1pm
20-29 3pm
30-39 5pm (Times can be maybe 1 hour apart for lower lvs.....more time for higher)
then 40-49
and so on and so forth
